Very trustworthy

Helped me with finance many times. Easy to use and nothing to do with the big high street banks and their terrible reputations. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Went back on what they said they'd do.

I had to replace my vehicle so I needed to end my existing loan by taking out a new one. Zopa said they'd automatically pay off my existing loan with the new one. Instead, they left both loans running, causing me all sorts of problems. To add insult to injury they then denied what I'd been told and read. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
