Customer service excellent when getting a quote for...

Customer service excellent when getting a quote for annual travel insurance. The customer service team clearly explained which of my ongoing medical conditions would be covered and which ones won't since I was on a long waiting list after being referred by my first spinal consultant to see another spinal consultant who might be able to do my 6th spinal operation from the front instead of doing the operation from the back where I've had multiple failed spinal surgery. I wasn't sure where I stood with declaring this as a planned operation or waiting to hear outcome of onward referral. The customer service team gave me assurance that it was worth mentioning this referral but not as a operation that has been planned already. The whole experience of getting a quote, comparing it with other companies and what I needed in terms of long length of stay abroad and my existing medical conditions was competitive and a good compromise. Good to Go Insurance was 1 of 6 travel insurance com...

Good to Go Insurance was 1 of 6 travel insurance companies I contacted for annual travel insurance within Europe. I have many health conditions so I was expecting a high insurance premium and many exclusions. However, Good to Go Insurance were very competitive in their pricing and very friendly to talk to and offered the best level of cover for my needs. They also provide regular emails about tips and travel advice that are really essential to know. Reviewed on: 10th August 2026

The whole experience from opening the account online to making a deposit online and withdrawing money online was a cinch! I can see how my savings in different saving accounts with Chip are performing on my phone app. The interest rates are competitive all year round. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2025
