Opening a new account was easy

It’s hard to open a bank account these days but this was really as easy as it could be. There are far too many statutory documents but requests were clear, I got pre paid and pre addressed envelopes and everything was returned in 2 days.. communication was clear and the whole process worked well. I felt valued and everyone was trying to help 10/10 for the building society! Reviewed on: 25th January 2019
