Fresh new branch approach

Held a Metro account for four years now and it’s been a great bank. Branch (store!) opening hours are great, the branches are clean, bright and Buck the stuffy high street branch trend of other banks. Staff are friendly, often chosen for being new to banking but that doesn’t mean their competency is questionable- quite the opposite. Joy to deal with, just a shame they are all in the South of England! Reviewed on: 29th January 2019

Awesome bank!

Have had a Monzo account for a couple of years now, it is fresh, easy to use, informative through app notifications as you use it and the online help is quick and has never failed. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 29th January 2019

Review of the Zopa, Personal loan:

Great loan rates, easy to deal with

Took a loan from Zopa a while ago, amazingly low loan rates and as I already was a Zopa investor, the process was so quick as all my details were already within their system. I can see my loan details along with all payments in the easy to use app and should I want to pay it off, that would be completed nearly immediately from my dashboard online.
