I used L&C for a 4 property transaction and everything went incredibly smooth. I was pleasantly surprised at how little I had to do and with the deals my advisor secured for me. Pleasantly surprised

I used L&C to assist in getting a remortgage on my residential property to allow me to purchase four tenanted apartments, three with mortgages. This was not the simplest of processes and yet, from the beginning to the end, the service I received far exceeded my expectations.
