Applying for a personal loan with Abound was a straightforward and hassle-free experience. The application process was simple, with no excessive documentation or unnecessary delays. Their customer service stood out they were responsive and clear in addressing my questions before I applied. I took the loan during the COVID-19 pandemic due to financial uncertainty, and the support I received made a real difference. Repayments were equally smooth, with a fixed 12-month direct debit plan that was easy to manage and had no surprises.
