Shawbrook generally offers one of the best saving products in the market for the past 2-3 years. I have kept coming back for more accounts with them and already had about 5 accounts opened with them. Customer service is excellent because I normally get in touch with one of their staff within a few clicks and short wait time. Their answers are concise and accurate and I always hang up with reassurance that my savings plans are intact. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025
