Review of the Nottingham Building Society, Fixed Rate ISA:

I transferred an existing ISA over to Nottingham Building Society as they had a better rate. I had never transferred an ISA before so was a bi wary but the online instructions made it simple and i received regular updates regarding the status of transfer which made it stress free On one occasion I was unable to log in and phoned customer support who, after checking informed me that the site appeared down, the staff member was very reassuring and took the time to phone me back to tell me things were now working and I could log in Reviewed on: 27th March 2025
