I've been with the bank for over four years, and honestly, they tick all the boxes you'd expect from a bank. I haven’t experienced any issues with app performance or payment delays. The app refresh they implemented really creates that Monzo feel and allows for payment categorisation. I can't comment on customer service as I haven’t needed to contact them, which could be seen as a positive. Overall, I rate the bank and its services an 8/10. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Been with Zemplar for over 2 years my experience...

Been with Zemplar for over 2 years and my experience with them has been Amazing. I like because of the on ground support i get from their customer support. The app is really easy to use and their products such as their overdraft facilities have been great. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
