For an online investor 'novice', I found the Trading 212 app very clear and easy to use. The rates are very competitive and most importantly, the flexible conditions making the overall product excellent and gives confidence to user. The customer service also responds very quickly, in a friendly and professional manner. The data and information provided is also easy and excellent to use giving a very clear picture.
