Telephone call to Customer Service.

Telephone call to Customer Service. I needed to telephone Family Building Society. I had been locked out of my online banking. I phoned and Ellissa Agodi took my call. She was very polite, professional and helpful. She identified me and then reset my online banking access. She offered to stay on the line whilst I accessed my account in case my password needed to be reset. Ellissa was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush me. Wonderful Custome Service today!!! Professional service and easy to do business with.

My dealings with RCI Bank have been excellent. I have found them to be very professional and easy to do business with. They have a varied range of products to suit all customers. Some of their 2024 savings rates were best market buys and I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
