I was drawn to Triodos Bank due to their transpancy regarding their Ethical values & positive customer feedback/ reviews. As a 60+ luddie their online information how to open an account was clear & concise which made the process very easy. On the odd occasion when I have had a quiery, both the online & telephone customer service have been excellent. I am also very satisfied with Triodos regular customer updates informing us of the positive effect our investment... Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
