Best bank I've ever used...

I've used Monzo since April 2016 when they were still called Mondo! They have consistently been the best bank I've ever used. Any other bank accounts I've had such as NatWest and (by far the worst) Barclaycard, have very outdated and clunky systems, poor customer service and long waiting times for the services and help. simple, fast, reliable.

Monzo's service is simple, fast, reliable. I stopped using 'traditional banks' years ago and done see any reason to go back. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
