Taking out the loan: easy to apply and quick repsonse. Funds delvivered in equally prompt manner; INTEREST RATE: one of the few lenders whose headline rate is the rate you get; Customer service: Excellent; Website very easy to use although the breakdown of money borrowed and repaid is a little cofusing at first until you appreciate how the ZOPA loan system works and then it makes perfect sense Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
