Had a great experience using Tembo

Had a great experience using Tembo - Jess and Elly were always responsive, helpful, and had great knowledge on any questions we had. Really smooth process overall, and great value for money, would definitely recommend (with particular thanks to Jess and Elly!) Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

I couldn't recommend Triodos enough

I switched to Triodos about a year ago due to the positive social and environmental they make with customers' money, but have been (very happily!) surprised at how good banking with Triodos has been aside from the positive impact. Their customer is excellent, the switch over service was entirely hassle free, I've since begun using several other services (fixed rate savings account and ISA), the app is much more user-friendly than my previous bank (Santander), and I really like their communications with customers, for example tips on how to be more sustainable, related to banking and otherwise, and stories of the impact that their investments have. I couldn't recommend Triodos enough! Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
