I opened an account on a recommendation and three months later I am very satisfied. I am able to track, transfer, open pockets which I love and use for Euro. This is perfect for me living in NI.The savings rate is very attractive also. A minor downside is the junior kids accounts, as a grandparent I am unable to do certain things, like transfer between accounts. Unable to cast an opinion on customer service as to date I have not had to speak with them, I have not needed to! Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
