Customer Service Excellence

I travel abroad regularly watching United and use the Bury Branch a lot to change Sterling to Euros or the currency of the country I'm visiting. So I'm a regular customer. I always get a pleasant welcome and the service received is efficient and no nonsense. They even helped identify some obscure notes I had - which were not able to be exchanged - but the main thing is the staff were helpful and attentive. I work in the customer service industry (I outsource call centres) so know a fair bit about what customer service should be. Can't fault the Bury Branch. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019
