Super convenient and easy to use when it matters

Monzo showed its true worth last month while I was on holiday in Italy. I didn't change any money before i left, instead using my normal weekly budget and topping us as required. The holiday was done completely using monzo and it was a doddle. Then I got to the airport and realised I didn't have my debit card with me. Instead of being in a mad panic and worrying about it being used fraudulently, or being unavailable to me for the next week at home, I was surprisingly calm. With monzo I could instantly freeze the card while I searched for it, and when I found out where I'd left it I cancelled the card and ordered a new one in the airport. It took three taps in the app to sort it, and best of all by the time I got home it was on my doormat! I couldn't be happier with monzo as a bank. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019
