Great service from a comprehensive broker

Revolutionising Credit Cards!

Since hearing about Tymit over a year ago, and how you pay back in installments rather than the typical amounts other credit card providers determine depending on balance and interest rate, I couldn't wait to sign up and it's safe to say I've not been disappointed. Although some parts of the app and its processes need polishing (such as being able to change the payment date and updating your details without having to email customer support) my overall experience has been very positive indeed! I Always Recommend Monzo

Literally cannot fault Monzo Bank at all - not only is their customer service exceptional, but the innovative products and services on offer as a customer, whether paid for or not, are second to none. For me, no other bank comes close, and they've helped me to get out of debt with their budgeting tools along with the ability to see exactly where my money is at all times! Banking Made Easy and With Transparency

I had my NatWest account for years, but when I opened a Monzo account I switched over to them fully after a month because it was so simple to use, has great budgeting tools and has everything you need from a bank like FSCS protection. The customer service is friendly, modern and professional, plus they are very open about everything they do. Can't fault Monzo in the slightest! Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
