Innovative, inclusive and a bank that actually cares about its customers

This bank doesn’t shout about customer service, it just does it exceptionally well eg I withdrew cash from an ATM, somehow the amount kept repeating. Monzo sent me a text to let me know they were sorting it before I even knew there was a problem. I love how the team respond when there is an issue. I visited the US and the hotel had reserved the amount on my card, then when the actual amount was also charged, it meant I wouldnt have sufficient funds for other items. I rang the team to explain and they removed the reserved amount. I’ve had the same issue with the bank that isnt a bank and got nowhere! I also like that Monzo canvass its members opinions on how it should develop, keeps us informed about progress and gives us a chance to invest in its success. Monzo is the best bank!
