Service above expectations

I signed up for a selected interest rate and was informed that they, Close Brothers, had put my funds into an account with a higher rate. As I was unaware of this I was extremely impressed that they intended to leave it there as it was their mistake. As a new customer I thought this was very honest as well as generous.
