totally straightforward!

I looked at Zopa when I needed a small loan for home improvements - the rates were better than any of the banks, and the application process was incredibly straightforward and easy. I got the rate that was advertised, and the decision was really quick. From start to finish it was an uncomplicated and clear process. Plus I like the ethos of community lending - it's nice to be giving a return to other normal folks rather than one of the big banks! Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
