We had a few queries that we needed to talk to an experienced member of staff. We got through very quickly both times and was given solid information about our fixed rate Isa's especially how you move them once the fixed rate was up. The staff were very friendly, all in all both calls gave us exactly the right information. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025
