Incompetent bureaucrats

Possibly the worst bank I've ever had. By updating the website (supposedly, although everything looks the same to me) they managed to break all the links that now result in a 404 error. I cannot even view my last transactions, everything is broken. The app is barely usable, it will close whenever the focus is switched to another app making it impossible to, e.g., copy and paste information for a wire transfer. Their customer service is abysmal: it took them two weeks to answer a request sent from the private area of their website and when they finally replied their answer was "you have to call us or come in person to the bank for privacy reasons." leaving me wondering what's the point of a *private* area if not to ensure privacy. Around Christmas I received an email asking for feedback with the link to a survey, where they said that in case I didn't fill the survey, they'd call me in the next days. No option to opt out and be left alone. But then of course they didn't call me in the end, because it's Barclays and the only thing you can count on is that they won't deliver.
