Highly unscrupulous company.

Following many letters re Marriage Allowance which were thrown out as I an fully aware that HMRC would contact us directly and not use a third party claim firm. We received threatening letters saying that failure to pay £240 fee for them having allegedly claimed £500 on our behalf (£500 was never paid into our account). My 80 year old and unwell husband panicked and paid the £240. We did not sign up to any contract with HidendaTax. No response to emails or message left on answerphone. Due to them being a registered limited company on Companies House the Bank could not help. I have raised a complaint through trading standards.
