I feel supported and organised with this bank

I only voted neutral for customer service as I haven't had to use them! So I don't know! But overall I am delighted with my Mettle account and the FreeAgent access it gives me. I feel like it really helps me to manage my small business and I feel like Mettle understands what it is like to run a small business. A fabulous bank and fabulous product.
