Best bank, period!

I’ve banked with most of the ‘major’ British banks and Monzo is heads and shoulders above the rest. I appreciate their transparency, the constant app improvements, the online community can be really helpful and the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in any sector. Whenever I notice my friends aren’t with Monzo I ensure they switch and reap the benefits too! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
