Don't hesitate - BEST SERVICE EVER!!

Wow, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but Ruth and Jess have been amazing. I have used brokers before and its been so complex. I really felt Ruth understood what I needed from the outset, didn't rush me and gave me excellent advice on affordability etc. I did look to go direct for my mortgage once I'd found a property and ran back quickly to Ruth when there were some issues with the valuation. She found a solution at pace and at excellent value. Worth her weight in gold. If you are nervous on an online service, don't be. Jess has been equally great now my offer is out. In an industry that is known for its slow pace these guys are responsive, pacey and have a lovely manner! Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
