I am quite cautious with my financials and have often checked with the customer service team how my plan was going. they've always been very professional, kind and helpful. I have already recommended two people with loans which they took out with plata. If i ever need another loan, i will of course come to Plata, in the first instance. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
