Revolut looks after its customers

Revolut are always looking out for their customers. If I am buying something from a new website, it may be declined (even with money in my bank account), as Revolut wish to check that it is I doing the transaction and not anyone else. So this is a great safety feature. Banking with them is easy, I can transfer money to our teen easily. If there was something to improve, then it would be making transfers to other banks easier. It may be that it is, and I have just not come across it. Otherwise, I am really pleased to be banking with them. Reviewed on: 24th January 2026

Revolut are a great bank

It is really easy to operate an account with Revolut. It is easy to move money within accounts, and to send money to our child's account too. It is also straightforward to send money to another bank account. I use it to pay from my Google wallet all the time, when I am out shopping, and also online. If they notice any suspicious payments on my account, then these will be flagged on my app, for me to authorise or not. All in all I am super pleased to have an account with Revolut.
