Everything I need in a current account

Well thought out account with good additional features and none of the nonsense everyone else is pushing (how many people use those airport lounge passes?). Customer service has been consistently excellent. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

Well-balanced app combining chores, pocket money, saving and spending

I’ve used Rooster Money for years, primarily to keep track of my daughter’s pocket money. I decided last year to upgrade to a paid account, partly out of appreciation for the app and partly for the linked debit card. Although there are areas of the app that are clunky overall it’s a good experience and solves the majority of my requirements for managing pocket money and teaching money. A modern way to bank

I don't believe any bank has yet revolutionised the banking industry but it's great to see these new challenger banks shaking up traditional ways of operating. Starling has nailed it on creating a low effort customer experience and has the best app of any bank I've tried. Reviewed on: 4th February 2019
