How Tenants help others out of debt

As an (inherited) residential let property owner, I needed somewhere for an account which my tenants could pay their rent into, and I could draw from to pay any bills out of, to make it easy to account for the transactions to HMRC. As it was mostly money I wouldn’t need on a day-to-day basis, I looked around for somewhere to put it which would help others, as well as give me some interest from that money. This is where Clockwise came in. They gave me what I needed and wanted in terms of the separate account, which pays me a decent rate of interest and, they can use the money to help others get out of debt, helping them in the long term, without me having to deal with lending them the money. (I’m not a licensed lender, or loan shark, so it helps me too). I’m sure over the years, Clockwise have been able to do their part with the money which comes into my account to help others.
