With all my dealings with the Credit union I've always been treated with courtesy and politeness and made to feel valued as a person. Also being able to speak to a person rather than just a automated voice. The personal communication is important and to know that you are valued help keep me focused to know I can continue to have their help and support at anytime keeps me grounded and helps me keep my self esteem.
