It's been a smooth and effective process.

It's been a smooth and effective process. I haven't had any problems so far. Communication has been clear. I am happy to be part of an ethical bank and I am happy with the service and options provided. Downsides include - for international transfers - money should be sent to triodos and then passed on to the specific account. There is a monthly fee for the current account.
