I can't rate 118118 enough.

I can't rate 118118 enough. They come out trumps in all areas. They're helpful and efficient both on the credit card side or the personal loans. I honestly can't think of even any constructive criticism. They're my go to company when I need money. No hassle at all. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Can't recommend 118 118 highly enough

From loans to credit cards, it's a very simple and efficient service. You can see exactly what you owe. I've only needed to contact Customer Services once and they were great. Once you're an established customer, you get great offers without a laborious application process. You get reminders when your payments are due and they offer assistance if you're struggling.
