Friendly and had all the answers

Made a refreshing change to get through to a finance company without hours of being on hold. Then once through , the person was super friendly, really helpful and I got all of the answers I needed. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Happy Saver

Normally I visit the branch in person, but thanks to the ongoing Covid restrictions I rang instead and a very helpful and friendly Julie quickly sorted everything ! If only other organisations were the same.....:) Reviewed on: 8th June 2021
