Back up and running

After a very frustrating episode with my online account, I was unable to access I contacted Chorley BS IT department, as I expected with patience and help I am now up and running able to view on line again. The staff have always been very helpful to me. Thank you. Reviewed on: 10th June 2020

Signed up for online

Decided to sign up to online with the Chorley because of lock down. It was very straight forward and easy to understand considering doing online banking is new to me. I was sent an ID number through the post and went into my Chorley accounts but I couldn’t see a log out notice which the letter accompanying my ID number said to do but it would log me out after 5 minutes automatically if I wasn’t using the inline service. I found this to be a long time to wait and would have thought probably a couple of minutes would have been enough wait. I rang the next day and spoke to a lovely lady Called Joyce Haywood who was working from home because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, she was very helpful and asked if there was a menu option which there was so I clicked on it and low and behold was the option to log off. So I feel much happier now that I can log straight out. Thanks for your help Joyce. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020
