I don't really have any experience of customer service as I purchased insurance and never claimed for anything the only customer service I had was when I got the renewal cost which was more expensive than others so I have left Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

My best savings choice so far

Like a lot of people we move our finances around to get the best results from Isa,s and in all my experience so far I have found United trust Bank to be the most simplistic easy and friendly way to do this. If you need to call them they answer the phone promptly and nothing is too much trouble I would say it's probably the best bank I've used so far. There is a very wide range of products at excellent returns to choose from and you can stay the distance for seven years which locks your money away with the reasonable return and peace of mind that there is an income from this in years to come.
