A bank that shares my values and values my custom

I'm pleased to be able to keep my money in a bank that shares my values and offers infinitely more efficient services and customer care than many others whose "customer service" doesn't actually include being able to communicate with them. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Humane and human.

I like to feel my bank makes ethical use of my money so I'm not forced into funding e.g. the climate crisis. My Triodos account is easy to use and customer service is easily accessible and offered by friendly, well-informed and helpful human beings, not a bot on an endless loop.
