I got a balance transfer card from them, the whole process was seamless, from the application to the approval, and card delivery it was all seamless. Even doing the balance transfer was as easy as the application. The only thing I would say is the Tenor and the interest rate after the promotional offer is quite high. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

They were very clear about the process, the interest rate was very good, the turn around time was great, the flexibility and documentation was very good. The reason for not ticking excellent in all is because I still have a request I am yet to get solution for, so I can't say how good your after disbursement process is Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
