It’s alright

Been with HSBC for a few years, they are reliable but interest rates on savings aren’t the best. Customer service is not great, with them passing off problems. However, app is functional and easy to use, and the in-app customer service system is good. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Great conversion rates, great interest rates on savings. Easy to use and incorporate into my daily life. Spare change feature is incredible and I am always happy when I find out it has saved me some money. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
