I was having difficulty with a Mortgage for a house that was being renovated. A lot of information was being requested but once I sent an e mail to Senior Management everything was sorted very quickly. In fact my Mortgage Broker had never witnessed such a turnaround in his life! Reviewed on: 5th February 2019
