Fast, efficient and friendly. Monzo take the pain hassle out of opening bank account. They use technology in the way it should be used to make things streamlined and efficient. They a very much welcomed breath-of-fresh air within an industry that is stuffy, archaic, slow to adapt and move with the times. I'm not a millenial I'm a 52 year old and I LOVE Monzo.
