Stepchange were amazing at helping me feel at ease as I felt very ashamed about my situation, they sorted everything out for me in a professional but empathetic manner, they listened to everything I had to say without judging, it was utter relief like a weight had been lifted. Because I have a small balance Vanquis have put up my interest rate, not great to do that to people who don't have the funds to pay it off. Instead they put you into more debt. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
