My experience with Darlington was exceptional, especially during an incredibly challenging period in my life. The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant cash flow issues for me, which were further compounded by ill health. Despite these difficulties, Darlington provided unwavering support and understanding until I was able to reenter employment. Their customer service team was outstanding—compassionate, professional, and always willing to assist. I am truly grateful for their patience and dedication during such a tough time. Darlington went above and beyond to help, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Darlington (especially Brian), for your exceptional service and support when I needed it most.
