Good bank but lacks small things

It’s a good bank with some good rates and good user interface. The only thing that lets them down is the lack of a phone number to call in an emergency or sometimes you just need to talk to someone directly about an issue you’re having, instead of everything being done via chat box. Also - you can’t speak to someone out of hours, this is such a big let down. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Really good UX, really good UI.

Really good UX, really good UI. I have yet to see it ‘down’, it always is working and the only issues I have found have been when I’m switching mobile phones, and I need to prove that it’s me but this is always swiftly resolved! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
