A great experience. I would recommend.

My experience with Zopa has been great, from applying for my card, using the app. Everything is straightforward and easy to understand. I have only had to use Customer service once when my bill payment didn't go through online and they were really helpful. Paid through the app and it was immediate. They keep me informed of changes. I love that I am able to do most things through the app, like changing my pin, freezing my card when I thought I may have been hacked (I hadn't,) I feel totally in control. Great card, great app, great service all round

I have had a Zopa credit card for a while now. It is so easy to use the app which keeps me informed of everything I need to know. I can pay my bill through the app too and have now set up a direct debit using the app. I have regular emails to let me know when my payment is due and am kept informed about any changes etc. I am really happy with my card and would definitely recommend.
