Great Experiences

I've been using the Chase UK bank account for several months now, and it’s easily one of the best digital banking experiences I've had. From the start, the sign-up process was quick and straightforward — all done through the app with clear instructions and instant updates. One of the standout features is the 1% cashback on everyday debit card spending, which adds up nicely over time. It's a simple reward that makes a real difference, especially since it applies to most purchases. On top of that, the 5% interest on round-ups is a clever way to save without even thinking about it — great for building a rainy day fund. The app itself is sleek, user-friendly, and intuitive. It offers real-time notifications, detailed spending insights, and easy-to-use budgeting tools. Moving money between accounts or setting up standing orders is a breeze. Another big plus is the 24/7 customer support. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve received quick and helpful responses via in-app chat. Security also seems to be a top priority — the app uses biometric login and gives you control over your card (you can freeze/unfreeze it instantly, which is great peace of mind). Overall, Chase UK combines modern features, smart saving tools, and real value for money. Great savings, cashback and rewards card

I like how easy the app is to use and the good cashback deals. I originally opened it just for the cashback but now I’m using it for the savings account and round up of savings to further stretch my money. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
