Great Customer Service

I had an issue with my account and contacted Atom Bamk online. It was very quick to get in touch with them, there's no long automated queues and I was able to communicate my issues to a real customer service representative and not an online chat bot. My issue was solved really quickly by the agent who was understanding, efficient and very helpful. It was the best experience I've had with a bank. The app also is easy to use and works very well. All my information is there and I'm not inundated with irrelevant information like some of the high street banks.
