Review of the Atom Bank, Savings:

High interest savings made easy

Fairly easy to deposit send and receive money into Atom. Highest interest rates for any instant access account (when I created account in 2024). I am saving for a house and put any savings on top of the £4k/year that goes into my LISA into Atom as it gains more interest. Having it available for instant access is good peace of mind in case I need the money in an emergency. The only downsides I have are the month of lower interest after withdrawing any money (but this in my opinion is worth the higher interest rates when not withdrawing, and it resets after one month), and depositing money is done in the same way as moving money between bank accounts. It would be nice to have the option to have the app connect to my banking app to be able to move money that way but it is not necessary. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
